Alessia, passionate about yoga and movement since childhood, originally from Romagna, is 23 years old and lives in Liguria. From the age of 3 to 17 she cultivated her passion for artistic gymnastics, teaching for about two years as an assistant coach to 8-10 year old girls. She later developed a great passion for surfing, traveling between Portugal, Spain, France and Australia. The passion for travels has led her to visit 21 states and develop a great curiosity for oriental cultures. She lived in Genoa for 4 years, attending the Academy of Fine Arts and a circus school on a sports level for two years, where she held flexibility and acrobatic courses. After a knee injury at the age of 19, she devoted herself exclusively to verticalism and Vinyasa Yoga.

She attended her first Yoga Teacher Training in Thailand at the age of 19, and has since been teaching yoga full-time, inversions and flexibility, online and live. She has recently finished a Master in Digital Marketing and continues to train as a teacher.
