He approached yoga in 2007 and has been practicing and exploring with passion ever since.
In 2012 he trained with da Indra and A.G Mohan in Chennai. In recent years his interest has focused on meditation and contemplative practices in the Trika tradition, which he has deepened since 2016 under the guidance of Sally Kempton.
A great lover of silence, one of the most beautiful teachings encountered in his path is surely that of Ramana Maharshi: “The highest form of grace is silence, and it is also the highest of spiritual instructions … all other forms of instructions are derived from silence and therefore secondary. ”
Since 2014 he has been sharing asana and meditation practices with a group of students in Milan.
